Chief of Staff Elizabeth Cascio

EMS · Cervical Cancer Survivor

On 9/11, EMT Elizabeth Cascio worked the rescue effort at Ground Zero, then assisted recovery efforts throughout September. In December 2019 a routine WTC exam found invasive cervical cancer; after a year of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery, she reached remission in February 2021.
