Over the years, this work has become much more than simply helping members with their prescription needs. It has been an honor to support our members, especially during some of the most difficult and challenging moments in their lives.
Everyone on the FDNY Pharmacy Benefits Team has a personal connection to the FDNY and the FDNY WTC Health Program, which makes the work we do especially meaningful. We understand that when a member calls us with a prescription or pharmacy concern, they may already be dealing with circumstances that are difficult or overwhelming. We hope that, in those moments, we can offer more than just assistance, that we can provide a kind voice, a listening ear, and the reassurance that someone is there to help.
It brings me great pride to know that I have been part of this Program for so many years and have had the opportunity to serve our FDNY members. I am grateful for the trust our members place in us, and I hope to continue providing them with the compassion, patience, and support they deserve for many years to come.
